Cowboy Steak with Coffee and Chili Rub
1 1/2 tsp ancho chili powder
1 1/2 tsp fine ground espresso coffee
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 1/4 lb shoulder center steak or top sirloin, 1 1/4 inch thick
DIRECTIONS
Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and preheat over med-high heat. In a small bowl combine all ingredients for the rub and coat each steak well on both sides. Cook steak on skillet for 14 minutes, turning once for medium to medium rare. Allow steaks to sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
Look's mouth watering!
The ingredients are simple but the test is simply amazing.
